Holiday return policy
Items purchased between November 17, 2023 and December 31,2023 are eligible to be returned for a refund with free return shipping until March1, 2024. Our standard 60-day return policy applies to items purchased on or after January 1,2024.International returns are excluded from our return policy.
Money-back guarantee
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. The eligible return period begins on the day that you actually receive your package in the mail and ends 60 days from the day your order was delivered. If more than 60 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund.
It is our intention with this 60-day policy to give you enough time to use your product(s) and make sure it is right for you. Everyone’s situation is unique, so the time to see improvement may vary. Be patient and give it time to work for you. Consistency produces the best results.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in “like-new” condition and in the original packaging. Returnable products that are damaged, not in their original condition, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error are non-returnable and non-refundable.

What if I want a refund on The Set?
If you’ve ordered The Set, only the Mark and the Range are returnable. The other items (theOrbit, the Band, and the Book) are not. You can keep these non-returnable products for free, donate them, or give them to a friend if you do not want them.
Your refund amount for The Set will be equal to the individual retail value of the returnable products (the Mark and the Range) that are sent back to us in “like-new” condition, plus the applicable sales taxes calculated on each product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Please allow 10-14 business days from the time your product arrives back to our facility for quality assessment and refund processing. You will receive an email when your return has been approved and the refund has been initiated. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@alethahealth.com.
Defective/Broken Product

Failed Deliveries
If your product is returned to us due to failed delivery, please email hello@alethahealth.com to request a new package or refund.
Wrong Address
We cannot be responsible for misshipments if the shipping address provided was entered incorrectly or provided incorrectly by the customer. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for the new package (subject to a minimum reshipment fee of $10). Reach out to us at hello@alethasupport.com to request a new package or refund.
Limited warranty
The warranty obligations of Aletha Inc. for this product are limited to the terms set forth below:
What is covered
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of this product for one (1) calendar year from the date of original purchase.
Who is covered
Only the original purchaser of this product is covered under this limited warranty. This limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent purchasers or owners of this product.
What is not covered
This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), lightning, power surges or other acts of nature.Aletha Inc. shall not be liable for any loss of use of this product, or other incidental or consequential costs, expenses, or damage incurred by the customer or other users.
Repair or replacement
Aletha Inc. will, as its sole discretion, provide one of the following remedies to whatever extent it shall deem necessary to satisfy a proper claim under this limited warranty: Repair or facilitate the repair of any defective parts within a reasonable person of time, free of any charge for the necessary parts and labor to complete the repair and/or restore this product to its proper operating condition. Aletha Inc. will also pay the shipping costs necessary to return this product once the repair is complete. Replace this product with a direct replacement or with a similar product deemed by Aletha Inc. to perform substantially the same effect.
Activate your limited warranty
To obtain a remedy under this limited warranty: Contact Aletha Inc. at warranties@alethahealth.com. Please follow the instructions in the email response including: Return the pre-authorized affected product, using the prepaid return documents provided by Aletha Inc. to the designated shipping provider within 7 business days. Include in this package a short, detailed description of the problem, along with the name and phone number of the contact person, and a copy of the original bill of sale, your credit card receipt, or any other documentation on the proof of purchase. This product should be properly packed for shipping, preferably in the original carton.
Exclusive remedy
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this limited warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies, and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by the law, Aletha Inc. specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If Aletha Inc. cannot lawfully disclaim or exclude implied warranties under applicable law, then all implied warranties covering this product, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall apply to this product as provided under applicable law. If any product to which this limited warranty applies is a “consumer product” under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C.A. §2301 ET SEQ.) or other applicable law, the foregoing disclaimer of implied warranties on this product, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for the particular purpose, shall apply as provided under applicable law.
Other conditions
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from country to country or state to state. This limited warranty is void if: (i) the product has been opened and or tampered with by someone other than an authorized Aletha Inc. service provider (ii) the product has sustained water damage, other accidental or intentional damage, or been misused or abused, (iii) the product is not distributed by Aletha Inc. or (iv) this product is not purchased from an authorized Aletha Inc. reseller.
If the above terms and conditions are not acceptable, simply return the product within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.
